How can I track my RedTape order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is the return policy for footwear and apparel?
We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the tags are intact and the product shows no signs of wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to select countries globally. Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary based on your location and are calculated at the checkout page.
How do I ensure I select the correct shoe size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide'. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are RedTape products covered by a warranty?
Yes, our footwear comes with a limited 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
